Admission at Doctoral Degree

The admission for the Doctoral Degree at Postgraduate Program in Pharmacology is continuous throughout the year.


1. Selective process
1.1 The candidate with the title of Master can enter immediately in the PhD, under the guidance of an Advisor accredited in the Program with whom he should have discussed the project to be presented.
Requirements
1.1.1. Letter of Acceptance from the Advisor
1.1.2. Candidate Curriculum
1.1.3. Research project for the doctorate
1.1.4. Presentation of the project to the Research Ethics Committee of the EPM-UNIFESP
Evaluation
The evaluation will be made by CEPG at its regular meetings.
The approved candidate will be able to enter the course and enroll. The Postgraduate course will automatically start activities that include: research activity, courses and seminars and didactic activity.
1.2. The graduate post enrolled in the Master's Degree, which intends to pass directly to the Doctorate.
Requirements
1.2.1. Approval in the qualification examination of the Master's Degree;
1.2.2. Routing of the master thesis work for publication in an indexed journal;
1.2.3. Evaluation of CEPG;
1.2.5. Detailed justification of the Advisor assessing the postgraduate's performance and the progress of the research project;
1.2.6. Research project for doctorate;
1.2.6. Submission of the project to the Research Ethics Committee of the EPM-UNIFESP.
The change of level can only be made after the twelfth month of the post-graduate's admission to the Master's Degree (date of registration in the Pro-Rectory) and until the eighteenth month, according to the rules established by CAPES .
1.3 The candidate without the title of Master can enter immediately in the PhD, under the guidance of an Advisor accredited in the Program.
Requirements
1.3.1. Previous research experience, a minimum of one year;
1.3.2. Work for publication in an indexed journal with proof of acceptance;
1.3.3. Presentation of the project to the Research Ethics Committee of the EPMU-UNIFESP
Evaluation
1.3.4. Proof of knowledge of Pharmacology and Physiology, according to the attached topic. Weight = 07
1.3.5. Interview with the candidate, Curriculum Vitae evaluation and interpretation of scientific text in English. Weight = 3
1.3.6. Presentation of the research work developed and the PhD project for a Examining Bank.

3. Documents for registration
3.1. Registration form of the completed and signed candidate, according to the model;
3.2. Summary Curriculum Vitae (Identification, Academic training and degree, Practices in the country or abroad, Professional activity, Published articles, Abstracts published in annals of congresses);
3.3. Graduation school history;
3.4. School history of the postgraduate course;
3.5. Letter of presentation prepared by the candidate;
3.6. Acceptance letter from the Advisor;
3.7. Letter of sending the project to the Research Ethics Committee of the EPM-UNIFESP.


4. Enrollment
4.1. Registration form completed and signed by the Postgraduate, Advisor, Co-Advisor and Coordinator of the Program;
4.2. Copy of the diploma of graduation or certificate of completion of the course;
4.3. Graduation school history;
4.4. Birth or marriage certificate;
4.5. Copies of CPF, RG, elector's title and military certificate;
4.6. Copies of the initial curriculum sheets (Identification and Schooling);
4.7. 2 (two) 3x4 color photos and recent;
4.8. Certificate of Completion of the Master's Degree or statement that the Master's Thesis has already been sent to the CPGPq for judgment, School history of the Master (if you have not attended the UNIFESP-EPM).


5. Yearly enrollment confirmation
The students of the Program must carry out annual remittances, with the consent of the supervisor, until obtaining the title of Master or Doctor in accordance with the general regiment of PGPq of UNIFESP.
